GemStone Panning is a fun and educational experience for all ages. Participants may find up to 11 ounces of gemstones in a single bag which may include amethyst, rubies, rose quartz, emeralds, crystals, and an arrowhead. All gems are of high quality and may be suitable for cutting, polishing, and mounting. Each bag is quality controlled to ensure a great find no matter which bag you choose.
Each Mining Activity includes a 12 foot fully functional water tower and your choice of either one twelve foot sluice or two twelve foot sluices. participants pan for gems by simply dumping the ore into the provided screen and wash away the dirt to find their keepsake. Use the supplied chart to identify your GemStone.
For areas that are tight on space, we can provide a sluice with an old fashion fully functional hand pump. |
